Delete Your The Content Coach Account
The Content Coach gives you control over your account and personal information. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Delete Your Account From the App
To delete your account from The Content Coach:
Open The Content Coach.
Sign in to your account.
Go to Profile or Account Settings.
Select Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Follow the instructions to confirm your deletion request.
Deleting your account permanently removes your The Content Coach account and associated personal data, except for information we may be required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or regulatory purposes.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have access to The Content Coach app, you can request deletion by emailing info@thecontentcoach.ai.
Please send the request from the email address associated with your The Content Coach account so we can verify ownership before processing the deletion request.
What Will Be Deleted?
When your account deletion is completed, we will delete or de-identify applicable information associated with your account, including:
Account and profile information
Saved scripts and content
Content preferences
Videos, photos, or media stored within The Content Coach
Connected account information and authorization credentials under our control
Other personal information associated with your account
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial recordkeeping, or dispute resolution.
Connected Third-Party Accounts
Deleting your The Content Coach account does not automatically delete accounts you maintain with third-party services, including social media platforms. You should manage those accounts directly with the applicable third-party provider.
Subscriptions
Deleting your The Content Coach account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party payment provider. Users should cancel subscriptions directly through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
