Account Information

When you create or maintain an account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, account credentials and authentication information, profile information, and company, brokerage, or professional information you choose to provide.

Content You Provide

The Content Coach is designed to help users create and manage content. We may process information you create, upload, record, or submit through the Services, including videos, photos and images, audio recordings, scripts, captions, content ideas, text and prompts, uploaded files, profile information, and other content you voluntarily provide.

Camera, Microphone, and Media Access

Certain features may require access to your device’s camera, microphone, photos, videos, or media library. We use these permissions only to provide features requested by you, such as recording, uploading, editing, saving, or publishing content. You may manage these permissions through your device settings.

Social Media Information

If you choose to connect a third-party social media account or platform to The Content Coach, we may receive information authorized by you and the applicable platform. This may include account identifiers, profile information, connected pages or accounts, content, publishing permissions, and performance or engagement information made available through the platform’s API. Your use of third-party platforms is also subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

Usage and Device Information

We may automatically collect certain information about how you interact with the Services, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, device or app identifiers, login activity, feature usage, interaction data, crash information, diagnostic information, and performance data. We use this information to operate, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the Services.

Subscription and Transaction Information

If you purchase a subscription, payment processing may be handled by Apple, Google, or another authorized payment processor. We may receive information about your subscription status, transaction status, product purchased, renewal status, and related transaction identifiers. We generally do not receive or store your full payment-card information when payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to create and maintain your account; provide The Content Coach’s features; generate personalized content ideas and scripts; provide AI-assisted features; record, upload, process, edit, and manage content; connect with authorized third-party platforms; publish or schedule content when requested by you; analyze content performance where available; personalize your experience; provide customer support; process and manage subscriptions; communicate important service information; detect fraud, abuse, and security threats; troubleshoot and improve the Services; develop new functionality; and comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

3. Artificial Intelligence

The Content Coach may use artificial intelligence technologies to provide features such as content ideas, scripts, captions, recommendations, and other content assistance. Information or prompts submitted to AI-powered features may be processed by third-party technology providers acting on our behalf. Users should not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or legally protected information through AI features unless specifically requested by the Service. AI-generated content may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing content before relying on, publishing, or distributing it.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate The Content Coach, including providers supporting cloud hosting and storage, authentication, artificial intelligence, video and media processing, analytics, error monitoring, communications, payment and subscription processing, social-media integrations, and customer support. These providers may process information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or users, investigate fraud or security issues, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Content Coach may allow users to connect third-party services such as social networks or other technology platforms. When you connect a third-party service, information may be exchanged between The Content Coach and that service according to the permissions you authorize. We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before connecting an account.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, satisfy legitimate business purposes, and comply with legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, and regulatory obligations. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete or anonymize it.

When you request deletion of your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account except for information we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their The Content Coach account and associated personal information. Within the app, users can initiate deletion through Account/Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Users may also request account deletion outside the app through our account-deletion webpage: thecontentcoach.ai/delete-account.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account, subject to information we are legally permitted or required to retain. If information must be retained, it will be retained only for the applicable purpose and period.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access to certain information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, withdraw certain consent, disconnect third-party accounts, manage device permissions, and opt out of certain communications. 10. Children’s Privacy

The Content Coach is intended for adults and professional users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. When appropriate, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice of material changes.
